We're back for the February edition of Well+Read! This time we're gathering our community on a weekend so that we can enjoy even more goodness together and celebrate Sunday (rather than dread it).  

 

We'll be working our bodies with a full hour of meridian flow yoga led by Emily Rasowsky. The body meridians are channels that transport energy throughout our entire bodies, which affect how we feel, think and our overall health. Our practice will incorporate asanas that stimulate the heart meridian, the ruler of emotions, to combat the Sunday scaries. 

  

After yoga, we'll enjoy a little face mask and chill with complimentary face masks and mimosas! The article that we'll discuss Why Are Young People Pretending to Love Working.
